The Wayne Township Fire Department was called to15042 E. Indiana 32, Lot 31 about 11:39 p.m. Firefighters found themobile home in the Tall Timbers Trailer Court engulfed with flameson the inside.

"No one was hurt thankfully," McKinsey said, addingthat Blakley's relatives decided to stay the night instead of goinghome from the birthday party. One of the adults, McKinsey said, gotup to use the bathroom and smelled smoke.

Although the fire was doused quickly, McKinsey saidall the contents were lost and Blakley doesn't have insurance.Damage to the three-bedroom mobile home was estimated at$50,000.

Monday afternoon, Wayne Township firefighters werecalled back to the mobile home because the trailer court managersaw smoke coming from the back of Blakley's home.

"A smoldering mattress caught on fire in the backbedroom," he said, adding that firefighters took care of theproblem quickly and made sure no more remains were smoldering.

Hamilton County Sheriff Doug Carter said after theshooting that Cook was warned by Blakley not to enter the mobilehome, but ignored the warning and was killed by a single shot.
