ING will pay out about 800 mln eur over the five-year contract for the outsourcing services. It expects the contract to be signed at the end of this year.

The transaction is part of a cost-cutting drive announced last year, which are expected to generate annual savings of around 460 mln eur, including 230 mln for the streamlining and outsourcing at the operations & IT organisation.
