More than 600 guests, providers and key advisers are expected to attend the event, which is being held on 23 November at London’s Natural History Museum.

It is being hosted by Des O’Connor and sponsored by Practiv, the insurance services and business process consultants, which also sponsored the successful event last year.

The deadline for advisers to make submissions is this Sunday. Advisers can rate providers on areas including new business processing, personal contact, central processing, product knowledge and reliability.

Last year, Winterthur Life took the coveted Company of the Year award. Winterthur Life also came top of the five-star rated providers for life and pensions, which included Just Retirement, Skandia and Standard Life, among others. One-star providers in this category included Norwich Union, Cirencester Friendly Society, Britannic Assurance and Family Assurance.

Pink Home Loans was the best for mortgages, receiving the highest five-star mark, followed by BM Solutions, Standard Life Bank and Cheltenham & Gloucester.
